The global efforts to achieve higher living standards requires continuous improvement and expansion of infrastructure and industries, and overcoming this challenge requires huge investments. Currently, where the public budget for construction projects has become more limited, some models have been considered for financing the projects in the field of infrastructure, and it has been tried to facilitate meeting the challenges of today's complex infrastructure projects using public-private partnerships (PPP), project funds, bonds, etc.

The process of screening and selecting suitable opportunities and financing such projects is an important issue around the world, which requires a multidisciplinary understanding of the relevant context and framework. PAT has started its activities this field due to its extensive experiences, specialized teams and appropriate relations with various financiers. It undertakes financing of the projects independently or in the form of a consortium by evaluating the various aspects of the projects fundamentally and accurately and by ensuring their economic and financial feasibility.
