Retrofitting services include evaluation of load-bearing and providing seismic reconditioning solutions for all of the following structures in the earthquake risk levels to improve their performance and to achieve the desired level of performance, and the series of such operations is conducted by the company. Seismic reconditioning process includes evaluation of structures (including structural and non-structural components specifications) and the earthquake risk level, targeting the reconditioning and performance levels, data collection for the status quo of the structures, calculation and evaluation of structural reconditioning plan if needed, mapping and preparing operational guidelines along with cost estimates for different reconditioning methods. For those structures which are built on soils with permanent mobility during the earthquake, retrofitting services also include strengthening and improving the soil.
